I am able to take credit card payments via Paypal. Paypal is safe & secure.  



I ship via USPS. Please note shipping fees as they vary with the size of the item ordered and destination. If your shipping fee estimate is higher than the actually shipping rate (determined after package is properly addressed, weighed, and measured), I will refund the overage to your Paypal account. I will notify you when you can expect your item to be shipped and received and will also provide USPS Package Tracking Information when applicable. If you require expedited shipping or have other special needs, please contact me. I include USPS Delivery Confirmation on each domestic (U.S.) shipment. Nutfield Weaver cannot be held responsible for any international customs fees that may be incurred; customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. International customs forms are marked as containing "Merchandise."


I believe that you will be happy with your Nutfield Weaver purchase. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your piece, you will be refunded the price of the item, less shipping fees, upon the return receipt of the item in its original condition. Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase. Custom order requests are non-refundable. Sewing patterns are non-refundable.


Privacy Concerns

I respect the private, personal information (email address, mailing address, personal name) of my customers. I do not share this information with anyone and never will.
